Pre-heat oven 325, cooks slower than normal cake, about 40 minutes, use toothpick test to determine.
French vanilla cake mix
2/3 CUP OIL (ANY KIND)
10 OZ. OF 7UP
4 EGGS Spray oblong pan with non-stick spray - mix all the ingredients and pour in pan Frosting
1 STICK OF REAL BUTTER
2 EGGS
¾ CUP SUGAR
Small can crushed pineapple(8 OZ.),drain about half the juice Melt 1 stick of real butter over med. heat,add 2 eggs and ¾ cup sugar. Keep on med heat, bring to boil and let boil about a minute. Take off heat and add small can of crushed pineapple, stir good and spoon onto warm cake.  3 CUPS WHITE RICE, COOKED
3 OR 4 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
½ - 1 ONION CHOPPED
BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL
SOY SAUCE
SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER
GREEN ONIONS, SLICED Dice chicken and sauté with butter (oil), onions, salt, garlic powder and pepper in large skillet. When cooked remove from pan and put aside. Put rice in same skillet and quick fry on med-hi heat. Add chicken back in and add soy sauce (to taste). Sauté for 1 – 2 minute longer. Serve topped with green onion. NOTE: you can add an egg to this while frying rice. 8 BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
¼ CUP WHITE WINE (OR APPLE JUICE)
8 SLICES SWISS CHEESE
1-CUP HERB SEASONED STUFFING MIX CRUSHED
1 10 ¾ OZ. CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP, UNDILUTED
¼ CUP MARGARINE, MELTED Arrange chicken in lightly greased 9 X 13 pan. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine, stirring well. Spoon evenly over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted margarine over the top. Bake at 350 for 45 – 55 minutes. (So quick and easy) Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. Saute in a little olive oil. Mix equal amounts of salsa and drained diced tomatoes. Pour over chicken in pan, add a little cayenne and chili powder to taste. Simmer until chicken is done. Serve over steamed rice.
