Most importantly, we will discuss your “wants” and “needs” in your new home. We will also discuss the types of homes available in your price range and where they are located. I’ll explain to you about home inspections, preparing an offer, presenting the offer, counter offers, walk-thru and settlement. I will also explain to you exactly what a “seller’s market” means to you - the buyer.
